  ERA Knight Realty is a full service real estate brokerage company that services the Lake Norman - Charlotte metro area including Iredell County, Mecklenburg County, Lincoln County, Catawba County, Cabarrus County, Gaston and the Lake Wylie area.

  The company was started in 1993 as Blue Water Realty and later became ERA Knight Realty with offices in Statesville, Mooresville and Cornelius, NC.  In 2006 ERA Knight Realty sold its offices to ERA Wilder Realty.  Then in Jun 2009, Rick Knight bought back the Cornelius branch from Wilder.

  In addition to Home Marketing and Destination services the company operates a full time relocation business that assist many corporate relocation companies and are members of The Cartus Relocation Network and The ERA Referral Network.    Property management, commercial and land development are part of the services offered by ERA Knight.  One of programs offered by the company is The Seller’s Security Plan.  “WE Will Sell Your House or ERA Will Buy It!”  Interested home owners should contact the company to learn more about obtining an offer with this program.  Certain restrictions apply.

  For new agents, Rick Knight offers over 21 years real estate experience as a REALTOR to assist in agent training.  Knight graduated from Appalachian State with a BSBA with a double major in Real Estate and Finance.  Thornton Brooks also assist in agent training.  Brooks has 25 years experience in selling real estate in the Lake Norman area.
